The Adoption Authority in Moldova is not operating. The National Committee for Adoptions is the Adoption Authority. However, adoptions must be completed through an accredited adoption agency. At this time, there are no U.S. based adoption agencies working in Moldova. There are some possible accreditations in process and this will be announced in the future.
