Center for Family Connections Event: Just Listen
The Center for Family Connections has the mission of helping children feel safe, seen, and valued. They work to help children adjust to the challenges of being or having been moved from one family to another whether this be in the foster care system, residential treatment, orphanages, or hospitals. The agency has clinical staff that work with complex and blended families to provide them with the skills to build strong and healthy family units. CFCC provides training, advocacy, education and clinical treatment.
On Wednesday, November 14, 2007 the Center for Family Connections will be presenting their 6th annual Courage and Curiosity Fundraiser/Auction. This event will include an award ceremony, silent and live auction, ‘zine exhibit, live music, food, and more. The event is taking place at the Hotel Marlow in Cambridge, MA at 6:00pm.
The theme of the event is: JUST LISTEN. Hear the hopes and fears of children in their own words and their own actions.
