I needed to hear that today. While my husband and I have known for some time that we want to adopt internationally, my husband has faced some difficult times recently that have given him a lot of doubts. I am praying--but often I feel that I have not been praying hard enough. I know that there is a child there for us...and that child needs us to pray...and to pray for them in a way that they will be protected, just as you said. I need to pray that we will separate our wants and needs from the needs of a child, so that God can do something amazing through us!!! Thank you for sharing! Thank you!!!!
